I actually have only used Seven eleven and Don Pollo in this shopping center. Both serve my needs

This shopping center has changed a bit since I last visited. I love that it has an Aldi store. It's busy for sure, with many stores and restaurants to choose from.

My family has had fun here for several years now. This place gets packed during cold months. They made changes recently, adding 2 slides where the kids use a mat to slide and fall on the air bag. Plus, changing a trampoline area to a soft sports court.
We had my child's birthday celebration there. They have 3 different party packages. It was really worth it. The kids had a lot of fun, and I barely did anything. We had a designated party host.
There's wheelchair access. They sell snacks, slurpees, pizza, sodas, and recently, socks with fun designs. Most of the employees are teenagers and young adults.

I would love to live near this village center. It is just so complete! I used to go there a couple of times a week for my child's karate lesson at Kicks Karate. I have done carry out pizza from LA Fontina Grill, which is always packed on Friday nights. I dinned at Botanero Restaurant, got wine from a beer and wine store one time, and got those "will need tomorrow" ingredients from Safeway. I had coffee from the Starbucks inside Safeway. There's a place that fixes phones. There's a spa, Kumon, and much more. I must say it took me a while to figure out where the extra parking is. But, there is a lot of parking.

Beautiful building, friendly and polite front desk staff, valet parking, car elevator to garage, condos have an amazing view of the Potomac River.
