Convenient way to get to Washington DC during weekdays. Parking does get busy especially during rush hour. Marc trains stop here, But Amtrak and CSX also pass through.

Gaithersburg MARC station makes traveling easy to and from Washington DC during rush hour. Brunswick Line trains stop here, but Amtrak and freight trains pass through. This is also a fun place to railfan.

This is one of the best things about Clarksburg Village! This popular trail has multiple entrances, and goes through most of the neighborhood. There are streams that run through, making it a very peaceful place to go on a walk. And there are actually more trails nearby if you want to switch it up every now and then.

This is my favorite entrance to the Greenway Trail, as it has a nice bridge going over a creek.

It’s a really big station, and has 4 different lines that stop here. As long as you follow the signs, you won’t get lost. Just keep in mind the red line has 2 platforms but the blue, orange and silver lines share the lower platform. There are LED signs for every line showing the waiting times for the next few trains. This station has several exits on different streets.
