Absolutely average - that's all there is to say, unfortunately. I went with a group of friends to do the All You Can Eat Running Sushi at dinner - it wasn't worth the €25 plus the cost of a drink. The selection of sushi was not that large - and they peculiarly decided to fry a bunch of it. The conveyer went around and around with fruit (lychee, pineapple, watermelon, canteloupe), chicken wings, shrimp tempura, pudding, cakes, etc, but it still didn't manage to make any of us very excited.
From my experience, I would say there are better places within and outside Munich to go for running sushi. If you need something in a pinch or this is close to you, it's fine, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
