The current owners have made a lot of improvements on the inside. Seats are great, bathrooms clean and modern. I don't understand why you have to pay a service fee when buying tickets online. You are saving them time on site. Appears to just be a way to make more money. Having said that, you certainly cannot complain about the actual ticket price. I wish they had at least one theatre that had IMAX but you can't have everything.
I was only going to give 3 Stars but fellow Veteran at Self Serve Registers was very helpful so I am giving the 4'th Star just because of him. There used to be 1 reserved parking space for Veterans, (Lowes has 6) but no more and while they recently finally came out with a veterans discount the app you use to get it doesn't work worth a damn. While they often have items I cannot find at Lowes, for the reason stated above, Lowes will remain my first choice. If you are a veteran, stick to Lowes!
If you want to know the price of allergy meds prior to getting to the register, good luck! A work around is if you have a smart phone with the Walgreen's app you can scan each one to see the price. I did bring this to the manager's attention but he was of zero help, and it appeared I was just an annoyance. When at the register I always use the Walgreens card from my phone's digital wallet and Apple Pay from my watch so my purchase is contactless. Just like It says on the card reader, BUT, it asks you to touch the keypad and enter your zip code. Something that is completely redundant and worse, is no longer a contact less purchase!
Store was mostly clean and organized. Not stocked as much as I would like in groceries but what store is these days. Prices are up, again like everywhere else, maybe a little bit better than the local supermarkets. Line to check out was fast and cashier was professional and courteous. What more can i ask for?
Promenade Shops has lost a good number of stores, like most shopping centers, but they have started the process reinvigorate this beautiful shopping venue. Stores have been relocated and more new stores coming to the outskirts of the plaza. News that more apartments are coming is a very good sign for the future. There are still some "high end" stores left here and by all indications I do see good things for the future of this shopping destination. As a frequent visitor of the Apple Store, I'm here often. I only wish they would free up more parking spaces by reducing "curb side service" parking spots. Curb side is not used as often any more.
