A friend and I went here as a quick alternative to the Kubota garden since we were short on time - it was hugely disappointing. It’s planted in the middle of all these school buildings, I saw no lake or open areas, it’s just a good handful of trees and a little waterfall into a small pond with maybe 2 koi fish. It would be a nice retreat if you lived nearby or something, but if you’re visiting from out of town and seeing the sights then this wouldn’t be one of them. Wait until you have a good chunk of time and see the Kubota or other gardens.
