Made an error on a purchase of food at a restaurant that was closed. My credit card was processed unfortunately. I called Calibre customer service and left a message to try and get a refund. I received a call shortly after from Calibre, I explained situation and they were quick to respond, refunded my money and even gave me a gift card that I could apply to a future purchase for that restaurant for my troubles.
