Incredibly efficient for a Monday 2 weeks b4 Xmas. Landed at T1 old airport building, no Q anywhere. Out and on 16 bus in 15 mins with St Mary's choir to welcome visitors from Europe and beyond. Really lovely experience. Well done DAA
Had a great day prowling around here. So many shops, so many bargains to be had. Very few folk around on a Friday morning but I bet Saturdays are pretty hectic
Templeogue TC has been around for a long time. Founded pre WW1 it is now a flourishing club with 11 all weather grass courts and is a hive of social activity for kids and adults alike. Non members can play with a member for €5.
Returning here every year for a pre Christmas visit never fails to bring a smile to my face. It's warm, welcoming and presided over by Franz Josef and his family - including 7month old grandchild! Excellent schnitzel with mushroom sauce and a big portion of hot, freshly fried chips. Yum. Good bottle of white burgundy too!
They pushed the boat out for the aunties 90th birthday. Nothing was too much bother. Heart shaped balloons looked more like boivs!
