Tried to ask for help and the evening allied security guard refused to get off of her cell phone/ respond then disappeared. Not courteous or an acceptable way to behave while representing any company.

Put in a simple mobile order 30 mins before arriving and the barista had no idea when my drink would be ready. I had to leave and abandon my order or be late to work.
