I tried it for a late lunch, and I went with the chicken farm sandwich with a side salad. It’s pricy but I figured lunch would be more reasonable. It was an expensive chicken parm but not beyond what’s expected in Waikiki at the Ritz, and the view was worth something. It was quiet and easy to get a table, and in fact a whole section, for a late lunch on a random weekday. The service was unsurprisingly excellent. The chicken park was fine, more breading than chicken, nice brioche bun, but the chicken was a bit dry and d just not the best ever. I think the menu said there was arugula in it, which is fine, but it came with romaine and maybe other random salad greens. The side salad was nice with a tasty vinaigrette. I needed to sit somewhere for a bit and this worked fine, but I probably wouldn’t do it frequently. It’s a nice view over Fort DeRussy and there was a gentle breeze most of the time at this height.
Good flat white, they just raised prices by about 50 cents, it’s probably on the average to decent price side. Pretty quick drink prep. They have chai and matcha lattes. They also have some seasonal flavored lattes. No seating.
Not loving my iced latte and they seem to do a brisk lunch takeout business so even an iced latte can take some time midday. The iced latte may be powdered and it’s definitely bitter—probably nice in Vietnamese coffee, but not my favorite coffee flavor in a regular latte. I’ll definitely come back for the food, that looked good and reasonably priced for the area. The owners who work the counter are very friendly.
Update July 2023:
Good beef pho, made quickly and custom to requests, with a generous serving and nicely flavored broth. Friendly proprietors, as always.
They have smoothies and various flavors of tea with boba on the menu, so that’s probably the next thing I’ll try there.

Friendly staff. Pricy and small market but it seems to fill a niche not otherwise well served over in the mall. The coffee isn't strong in a latte, but the flavor and quality seem fine. They have a few fresh baked goods, and more packaged stuff. It would be fine for tabbing a quick lunch or some snacks. There's not enough bike parking around the mall generally.
