Visited here while exploring Le quartier asiatique, and I can tell you that among the places we visited May Hong was amazing for Vietnamese food. I’ve enjoyed the best of the best Viet food (pho, bùn, etc) in Houston, Chicago, and Philadelphia, and I can tell you that the Bùn Rieu at May Hong was the best I’ve had. We visited as a group, so I also tried the Bun Bo Hue and Pho, and they were great, but not remarkable like the Bùn Rieu. The overall spice was there, but not too powerful; the crab was light and fresh, and the noodles were just perfect.
