The place is nice with a good view towards sunset. Has one room with aircondition. Overall it felt like a family business trying to do their best, but never learned the business of managing a bar. We ordered cocktails and figured that they were just made from the bottle you can get in any supermarket with some added icecubes into a glass. The tables were not well maintained or cleaned in a timely manner after people left. Staff was friendly and did the best they could.

This place is in the center of the old city with small narrow streets and mussle food restaurant. We sat outside and the vibe was fantastic. Food is very good. We enjoyed being here. The welcome host was very friendly and lovable. 5 stars for him. 4 stars for service only because the other service people were a little distant, not smiling and seemed to be not happy with working here.

Impressive construction from the sixties. You can go by lift to the top bubble and enjoy a nice 360 view over Brussels. We have been there during the week and the end of the day. Less people, shorter queues, but staff was a bit tired already 😉
