Basic little shopping strip offering nothing exciting but pretty much all of your regular essentials from a convenience store to some quick and cheap eats. Plenty of parking and I guess the biggest anchor tenant here would be the Tim Horton's.
Aren't the prices here rather expensive? Yes. Are the items here essentially extremely useless dust collectors? Yes. But rthey're so adorable and there are so many cool collaboration items that you can't help but love these little mystery box toys. If you're into collecting these pop culture figurines, this is one of the best places where you can get them variety wise.
The best part is that many of them are on a vending machine, so if you want to avoid awkward human interaction then this is definitely the place to go. They have another few stores up in the burbs, But this is one of the most convenient places for you to buy these items without having to talk to real people.

A classic shopping staple for Markham folks as this plaza has been around for easily 20 years with big box retailers like Home Depot and Staples. Fun fact, I used to work at the Chapters here in my early twenties!
The plaza has terrific parking and a decent assortment of retailers. There's even a Winners too! So it is a bit of everything you need.

Calling this a mall is a bit of a stretch, as it's more of a retail base for the offices above. However, their food court is quite complete and there's a few useful stores like Tim's and others that make this a useful pit stop, so I can't really hate it for that. Plus it's nice that it's not too busy.
A great place for lesser-known boba spots outside of Commerce Gate, and some excellent restaurants too! A lot of professional offices and also condos on top of them make this a consistently vibrant and busy plaza. The only issue is the very limited and tight parking spots - which in Markham is absolutely key. There is an underground parking too but for a plaza this small it's quite troublesome to do so. Big ding on their score due to this fact, other than that it's all good.
