Sunday - Reign Moon

I just left from down there and I got shrimp fried rice and there were only 5 shrimp in the whole meal and the shrimp was dry and overcooked. On the menu when you pull up it says 9.38 but they charged my credit card 19.38 that's false advertising and over charging customers. Since when does shrimp fried rice cost 19.38? I'll never return there and it was my first time eating there trying to give them a chance smh never again
