It is difficult to review a plaza. Some of the traffic patterns are unfortunate. There are your usual number potholes. Also, there is at least one speed hump, so caution should be used.

Informative signs; Terrain shifts, but very few stairs. Facility was clean and staff friendly. I would recommend arriving at opening for best parking as well as less crowded viewing.
