I got combination of beef and short rib beef bbq for $ 20, come with macaroni salad, rice and veggies. Honestly its over price for me but i know everything expensive right now.
Beef is okay, soft and a bit salty.

Service is good. I was there with 2 client with walker, the waitress help us by holding the door. Food is good. Applexxx artichoke spinach appertizer still the best. Wing with teriyaki sauce is good. Fresh cut fried fries.

Good place for dimsum. Make sure you make a reservation if go on weekend. Service is good. Place is good, clean. Love the food. The have promo 50% off for bca credit card for dimsum and 30% off for a la carte. Thet also have promotion using hokky and papaya member card around 40% off. I love the platter plate combination with duck, roasted pork, sweet pork, chicken and jelly fish.
