La Torta had the best gelato! I tried the vanilla and hazelnut and loved both. I wish I had gone back a second time during my stay in Prague. They accept cash and credit cards.

Zalewajka was a charming restaurant with absolutely delicious food! The service was impeccable. I had the tasting menu and loved every bite. I really liked that the tasting menu gave you opportunity to try so many things by including two of their soups, two kinds of sauce with the stuffed cabbage, and all of their Polish homemade dumplings. The beetroot soup was outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't go back a second time during my stay in Krakow.

I ordered weiner schnitzel off their seasonal menu and it came with roasted potatoes, white asparagus, and hollandaise. It was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed every single bite. I also had the chocolate cake with rhubarb sauce off the seasonal menu and I am not exaggerating at all when I say it is one of the best desserts I have ever had!! The patio was nice and had wonderful views of a plaza (currently under construction) with historic buildings. I came back for dinner a second time and ordered the seasonal asparagus cream soup (so delicious!) and sauerbraten which came with mashed potatoes, and red cabbage. It was also tasty, though I highly recommend trying the weiner schnitzel. Ate inside on my second visit and thought the atmosphere and artwork were lovely.
