Love love love this hotel! The location, the clean rooms, housekeeping offering towels daily, the convenience of the little deli/cafe shop, the fitness center, and the BEAUTIFUL washers and dryers are thoroughly impressive. I can't say enough good things about the gracious and caring staff.

I'm giving 2 stars because I did learn something. However, I never received my certificate. Just like the previous reviewer said, they and I are not lying. You will constantly be given excuses. You will not be given a certificate. The class is good if you want an overview. It's best to go to a real school and get your practice in. Trust me this crash course will not prepare you for a job. Most places want experience. They do not tell you about different needle gauges. You are not informed about the geriatric or child population. Please go to a school where you can do an internship and get your 200 sticks in.
