I usually go there for a beer with friends - it's one of the cheapest places / beer gardens to have a pint in Bucharest, atmosphere is pleasant, yet very dim, in an old-style house. Can't wait to go there during summer when there is greenery around the garden too.
Haven't tried the food yet.
Toilets are small but they're kept clean.

This didn't feel like just a zoo / museum, it was a lovely garden to see, a visual delight to the people who have never seen desert vegetation or fauna. I found the entrance tickets pricy, but it was worth it. If you want to check off the other gardens, get a combo ticket.
Had no issues getting on my train to Hbh Wien and then to Budapest, or getting to the train station. Bought my ticket in advance, and it was a pleasant ride
Arrived to Hauptbahnhof Wien from Budapest train station after a relatively short train ride (with the Hungarian train operator not OBB). Was struck by how well mentained and clean looking the station was! There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes around the station.
