Terrible, Terrible personal in this office. They have zero organization, consistently loose paper work,and talk disgustingly nasty to people that are in dire need of assistance. It's super sad. I actually came to do a volunteerly investigation, but couldn't stick around lo ger than 30 minutes. Throughout those 30mins, HRA employees were cursing and yelling at applicants.
