The best service I've ever had at a Consulate. We did not have to make an appointment. We went in, and we did not have to wait in line. They took us in with a smile and processed our documents right away. Previously, it took 9 months for the ID doc. Now, although crowded, it took less than 30 minutes. These guys are working hard and doing a great job, I hope they are well paid. The new installations are much better than the previous. They are located on the first floor which makes it more accesible. The entrance is a ramp, which makes access easy for parents with young children and for those with different abilities. The space felt clean.
I loved the atmosphere and the concept. I give 5 stars on food and because they have options to accommodate to special needs. The atmosphere is cool. The plates are frisbees, the tables are surfboards, the food station does look like a hut, the chairs have palmtrees, everything is both cool and cute. (They just need to powerwash the floors, don't look down)
