After a beautiful drive through the mountains, we arrived at La Paz Waterfall Gardens. This is such a cute little place, maybe a little pricey but definitely worth it. There are several animals to see, you can even go inside the sloth enclosure which was amazing. Make sure you are in decent shape to walk a billion stairs, especially at the end. We opted for the lunch buffet option, it was a nice touch after our little hike and a nice way to relax.
Welcome to Thailand! The decor inside this restaurant is unbelievable, it feels like you are actually transported to Thailand. Not only is the restaurant gorgeous but the food is exceptional. My husband ordered the garlic chicken and it was so much better then I imagined I was actually jealous. My yellow curry was also delicious. They don't show lunch portions on the menu but if you ask for them, they will honor it.
I was very excited to see an Old Navy Outlet opened here, too bad this place is a disaster! This store was rough to shop, and truthfully half is due to the aweful clientele as they trash the store without a care in the world. The other is definitely management as I was let into a fitting room with hangers strewn about, dust bunnys on the floor, and size stickers plastered to the wall. The young girl who let me into the fitting room opened the door and looked in first so she was aware of the condition. A huge disappointment to see that no one cares to even clean the fitting rooms for customers. I did make a purchase because the prices were great but I hope they take some pride on the areas they can control.
