We absolutely loved our dining experience there! Our bartender Chen was outstanding with great drinks. The food was delicious, as we shared multiple plates.
The caviar was really good, the uni shot was delicious, and the beef carpacio was amazing. Everything was great, though extremely overpriced for the size of the portions you get. We still had an awesome culinary experience!

We really loved our dinner there tonight, as the food and atmosphere were really good. Our server was very nice but not really attentive after serving us our main course. She completely disappeared and never checked bag on us for over half an hour.
My wife had the seafood bouillabaise, which was delicious, and I went more traditional with the blood sausage, which I thought was spectacular! We loved our meal tonight, but the service was very cold and and fell flat as the meal went on.

What an outstanding dining experience this turned out to be! Our server Thabile truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best dining experience possible.
The atmosphere was very laid-back, with great music. The food was incredibly amazing, especially the Chateaubriand which was cooked to perfection! The bone marrow was delicious, and the sides delicious!
We also had multiple desserts, which we truly enjoyed. The creme Brule was really good, and the bottles of wine really food! I highly recommend going there for dinner!

I have been there twice over the last 2 months, and both times enjoyed my meal. The pricing is a bit on the higher end, but to be expected to be in a Hilton property. Staff was outstanding both times, especially our server Valerie, who truly went above and beyond each time!

Had lunch there as part of our city tour, and truly enjoyed the concept. This is an open kitchen, where you see the chefs at work. They do not take reservations, so get there early.
