Camping at John Gurnley County Park, trail is not far. Very nice paved trail system, great for walking, running, and biking. Very woody nice trail. If you are in the area, be sure to visit.
Just by chance, we stopped in for a drink and appetizer. What a cool bar and bigger than it looks from the outside. Sweat potato fries were a huge portion, and cheese sticks were good as well. Big dining room outdoor sitting and a nice bar. We did not eat a meal, but while sitting at the bar and seeing the meals go by, the portions are huge. It's worth a stop if you're in Cedarville. Nice patio near the water. My wife had a salad, and I had the yellow pearch. Both dinners were very good. Friendly good service, we set outside there was alaso seating and a bar inside.
Visiting in the area, I found this gem. Good selection of their own beers, I did not try the spirits. Good service and nice outdoor sitting. We did lunch, pizza was awesome.
Very accommodating friendly family ran campground. Coffee and dounuts on Saturday morning. I'm guessing several seasonal campers, but there are no sheds or storage buildings. We stayed on a waterfront site, and we are going back but will not get waterfront site again. It's just too tight for our camping style. Had full hookup, tent, and two cabins available. Clean restrooms and showers.
