A very cute restaurant located conveniently right by the subway station that serves amazing French food.
We were seated on the back deck that was very private and a great place to host a party. The epic margarita was phenomenal and was a great way to start the meal off.
For starters everyone got a nice salad accompanied by the grilled octopus and crispy artichoke. Both were very good and really showcases the amazing ingredients.
For mains we had a choice of Parisian Gnocchi, Roasted Amish Chicken, or Filet au Poivre. I went with the steak and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. There were also spectacular pommes frites and roasted Brussels sprouts that accompanied as a side.
To finish we had a lemon tart and chocolate moose. Both was amazing. I also had an espresso martini to cap every thing off. Let me tell you that that was the best espresso martini I’ve ever had.
On top of all that amazing food we had amazing service. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Reservation at 9am - seated immediately as the restaurant was empty, waiter took our drink order
9:30am - drinks finally comes, waiter takes our food order, restaurant is 40% full.
9:45am - our appetizer comes (the cinnamon roll).
10:30am - food finally comes, 3 dishes were cold and soggy, other 2 was warm.
10:45am - walked up to the bar because nobody would bring the check to us to pay the $200 for cold soggy food that showed up 90mins after we were seated.
I want to clarify that the kitchen is working HARD. I watched food sit at the pass for over 30 minutes and not getting served to tables (see picture). Funny part is that they have more than 10 people working here, so for sure not short staffed at all.
This seems to be an ongoing problem. Previous reviews have mentioned how slow service was. Sad part was food was actually not bad. Service is something that really needs to be fixed.

An amazing local Neapolitan style pizza shop! They make their dough fresh daily and is fired in a wood fire oven.
We ordered the prosicutto cotto and the diavola pizzas. They both were very good and had a large amount toppings. The airy crust was very enjoyable. We also ordered the caprese salad for a starter and wow did they give a lot of mozzarella.
All in all, Menomale is a great Italian pizza place. If you are looking for somewhere to eat in NoMa, don't pass this place up!
