I went there on a holiday Monday with a toddler. The store was very busy with customers. There was no sales person to ask about the merchandise. When I found one in the gap kids section she did not know anything about sizing for kids. We went to the cash register with toddler clothes we were buying only to find out that both registers in the kids section do not work. When I asked the manager of the store about it he directed me to the long lineup in the adult section. Terrible customer service. I would never go back there.

We stopped at Plancha for late dinner just before closing the mall. The server was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us about the food and where it comes from. He was able to adjust our order the way we liked it. The food itself was delicious. I dreamed of the Mediterranean food and it was better than I expected. I had a vegan omelette and my friend had shaksha. Both meals were fresh and beautifully presented. I will always stop at Plancha whenever I’m at Square One. It’s a true gem with all the fast food options.

We went there for a late lunch. The place is cozy and charming. The waiter had warmed up to us during the service. We ordered bruschetta to start. The main courses were lasagna, veal and smoked salmon pasta. The lasagna and veal were fine, but pasta was very fishy and salty. The wine was excellent. We never got our water refilled. I would go back for the great ambiance.
