Unfreundliches Personal, schmutziges Restaurant, überhaupt nicht gut. Wir waren dort, war auf die Toilette und wow… so Schmutzig. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und hat aggressiv gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken möchten. Nachdem wir die Pizza bestellt hatten - die für mich falsch ankam. Nach der Pizza bestellten wir ein Tiramisu, das nach allem schmeckte, was im Kühlschrank war (weiß du, wenn jemand vergisst, irgendwas offen im Kühlschrank? Ja, genau diesen Geschmack!). Ich hatte einen Löffel probiert und gesagt, dass ich es nicht essen werde, und erklärt, warum. Am Ende kam die Rechnung, und raten Sie mal? Das Tiramisu war darauf. Ich habe erklärt, warum ich nicht zustimme, zu bezahlen, und der Kellner sagte: 'Warum? Aber du hast doch gegessen!' EIN TEELÖFFEL? Die Rechnung betrug insgesamt 51,50€. Ich gab 50€. Er sagte: 'Okay, ich übernehme die 1,50€'.

Entschuldigung, das ist für mich ein absolutes No-Go!

This has been a beautiful place to see. But the queue was messy, so we recommend to buy the tickets earlier. The price is 10€ per person. The view from upstairs is beautiful, but prepare your legs and lungs, cause the way upstairs is a hard walk. The place is walk distance from the gate, very central.

We liked the food we ordered and the portions are enough. The place can be really really busy. It’s an overpriced place, the service isn’t the best, the place isn’t thaaatt clean; tables, the menu needs a new touch FOR SURE and in busy days going to the toilet? Good luck! (Dirty)
Besides it, almost all dishes have pork for meat; no chicken or so.

There's no way you can be in the center of Hamburg, not entering the Europa Passage, it's in the middle of the city. Well, a good mall for when it's raining but maybe too busy. It is a place with many different stores, clothes, shoes, household items, stationery, supermarket, etc. as well as a one ground just with foods, not fancy, just “street” food. It’s definitely a teenager place in general, very busy, teenagers running all around, specially on weekends. If you want to have a better experience, go there during the week. Also, there’s just one restroom, it’s a chaos there, you pay a lot, it smells horrible and it’s fuullllll!!! Besides it all, it’s a nice and new place/building, worth a visit once.

We arrived there around 6pm on a Saturday afternoon, so the place was busy, and they still found a place for 5 people. We had an online English version of the menu and a Dutch one. We have ordered 4 beef burgers, 1 veg burger and calamaris - which they aren’t fried as we are used to, so we didn’t like it. The waitress was nice, changed it, even though it was our mistake. The Burger I can 100% recommended. The ice teas, unfortunately they aren’t the best for the price. The cheesecake, Omg… It seems like it has been in the fridge for really a long time. Sad.

Besides the bad experience with the dessert, it is stil worth a visit!
