I don't normally write bad reviews but in this occasion I feel I must. I have just moved to the area and was looking for a beauty salon and I came across this particular one on google as it was the closest.

I phoned yesterday at 19.10pm and asked for a shellac manicure and a eyelash extension. They offered me a manicure at 15.15 the next day and a lash extension the following day.

Unfortunately I had to cancel the the manicure so I phoned at 10.05am the very next morning to cancel and to reassure that I whilst I couldn't make the manicure I would definitely keep the eyelash extension.

I then received a call at 10.40am from them
to tell me
me I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee and also to pay a deposit for the eyelash extension. I explained that between me phoning and cancelling it amounted to one and a half hours of their trading hours.

She couldn't quite seem to grasp this concept and keep referring me to the website - which I hadn't even seen - nor had I been advised of any cancellation fees when I booked or indeed cancelled.

I refused to pay and she said she was cancelling my eyelash extension and put the phone down.

It's been a very long time since I have ever come across such unreasonable and unprofessional behaviour.

I can only assume that they don't want or need any new customers.

I would urge to be wary if booking this salon.
