Kids and I have come to KMC for years since my eldest was a baby. Our experiences have been positive overall and thus, we keep coming back. Yes, it can be tough getting an appointment online even at 7:00am. You can get there early and line up if you want to "drop-in". Yes, you may also have to wait even if you have an appointment. That is just reality these days. Just logical that you don't book important appointments back-to-back. Phone appointments are great for quick things like regular prescription renewals. Referrals can take some time but that is not something they control in our experience.

Our family comes here usually for lunch. Service is usually great, but we also are reasonable in our expectations when it's crazy-busy or when they are under-staffed. If you need to dine-and-dash, then you should avoid peak times, but that applies in most popular restaurants. We recommend this IHOP.

Kids and I come here all the time for take-out. We generally order online before coming so we get the dimsum that we want. There are couple of ladies at the front - one is very friendly and service-oriented so our rating is for her. We like the dimsum and recommend it. If you're looking for ladies to cart around fresh dimsum, this place is obviously not for you. However, if you're craving some dimsum on the go, we enjoy what they offer.
