12.5% service charge should be discretionary and optional. But they made us pay on the bill even though the service was not great. We only let it go because the food was decent. Not great but decent.
I think it is very weird that despite being such a beautiful place the servers are really disinterested.
Sorry but I cannot give this place any praises. You need to have a good hospitality team not just good chefs in the kitchen.
