You can easily tell that this place has been around for quite some time. While the inside is relatively spacious, it seems a bit cramped considering its popularity. Despite numerous tables in the dining hall, navigating through the crowd can be challenging. It would be great if they rearranged the seating.
The service exceeded my expectations. The staff were patient and friendly, it was the best service I've experienced at a Cantonese restaurant.
The food was really good, with lots of options on the menu.
The Winter Melon Casserole was fantastic. They used winter melon as a soup container with chicken and shrimp in it. The winter melon was slow-cooked and tasted like puree, and the soup was umami. I heard this dish is so popular that you have to pre-order it.
The Pumpkin and Tiger Shrimp Salted Egg Yolk Tempura - Loved it. The shrimp were fresh, and the pumpkin cuts were soft, covered by the thick egg yolk sauce. That's a taste of happiness.
The Steamed Jumbo Scallops were highly recommended. The scallops were indeed 'jumbo', so fresh and they literally melted in my mouth.
The Deep Fried Milk was yummy too. It was perfectly sweet and not overly creamy. Although I haven't tried many deep-fried milk dishes, this was the best one I've ever had thus far.
Their Roasted Chicken and Duck were very well cooked and seasoned.
All their dishes were amazing. I highly recommend this place if you fancy authentic Cantonese food, especially given their good service.

Hmm, despite being told that this place is the best Japanese BBQ spot in town, I found it to be just okay. I had the Black Angus all-you-can-eat lunch and tried each of the beef and pork items on the menu. They tasted good, but there was too much oil on the meat; when I dipped a slice into the sauce, I could see the oil floating to the top. Out of all the items, only the marinated short rib was tender. It might just be me, but personally, I don't think this place is worth the price.
Highly recommend the baked sweet potato with brown sugar and cheese though. The lemon iced tea jar was good, with real lemons and limes in it.
The ambience was nice, unlike many other greasy BBQ restaurants; this place is clean and spacious. The service was great, and all the staff were very friendly and polite.

You can get authentic Cantonese food, also expect the 'authentic' level of service quality - not me being stereotyping but HK diners service style is known as being 'direct'.
Wasn't quite a pleasant experience but their BBQ pork was really good. Only in the end they refused to offer an extra chili oil sauce while paying for the bill.
Homey ambiance. You could see many families coming here so that speaks to the food. Just don't hold high expectation for their service and you'd probably enjoy much more.
