The fries weren't that special in my opinion. They were quite bland without the sauce. But when coated with the sauce, they tasted really nice. The down side is that the fries got soggy faster.
The second day we came back again and had the sauce on the side. We also added the seasonings to our fries. We think this was the best way to enjoy these fries.
And, truffle mayo was our favorite sauce.

Loved the crispy pork belly and char siu! Wonton was also quite good. Didn't really like the crispy noodle dish because we could taste the strong oil smell from the noodle.
