What a unique, educational, and intimate experience! We were greeted upon entering by the owner herself, Ann. This is one of the most unique pairings I've ever tasted. They serve you 5 types of oils and balsamic reductions and pair them with lil bites that highlight each one perfectly.
We're so lucky to have had Josh host our tasting! He was funny and made the tasting extra special with a tour of the production siite. Can't wait to go back and experience lunch and their other seasonal oils.
