Great service and excellent presentation. The best part of the meal was the wine pairing - the sommelier used all Spanish wines. Each wine complemented its assigned dish perfectly.

Giving four stars since the flavors in each dish were not as memorable for me as other Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to. At times, I felt I was paying more for the presentation of the food than the taste.

There are places one goes for the novelty or the spectacle, and then there are places that stand the test of time. That are just good. I wandered into Pavyllon and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been to my fair share of Michelin star restaurants, but I had no clue that was where I was headed tonight. From the quality of the service, I knew I was somewhere special. Then the food came. I took a bite and THEN pulled out my camera to capture the memory of the perfect beef fillet. (So apologies for the fork in the photo.) The simple is magical and memorable here. Come!
