Extremely slow service, with very low professionalism from the employees: 25 minutes before ordering, despite we had a small child with us. And the employees were losing time with other tables.
We were in 4 (of which one child) and no more than two different dishes are allowed…WHAT A F…?!?!?
When the food arrived (after additional 20 minutes) the quality of food is low. Taste is in the average and in 200m far away there are much better restaurants at convenient price. Baldigara is probably one of the 5 worst places in Senigallia I visited in 2021

Food absolutely amazing if you like uncooked fish. Above the average for cooked fish, but in this case poor offering. Absolutely good for couples or for business lunch. Not for families

Fantastic risotto: it takes quite a while to get the food, but in the meanwhile you can taste scottadito or other amazing plates. What is missing to the fifth star?
1st: I don’t like the tentative to imitate sofisticate restaurant with small portions. When the food is good, I want more than a few grams
2nd: the environment with noisy tourists, families with kids that do not respect the others and shout all the time.

Great branzino, delicious appetizers..a small gap on fried fish: not at the level and too expensive for the poor quality of the dish
