I was here to return a key chain that I purchased from New York. The service was very unprofessional and disappointing. I was not greeted when entering and leaving the store. The employees were just talking to each other and laughing while issuing my return. LV should be a luxury brand where every customer entering the store deserve professional service and respect. However, I didn’t feel the right atmosphere like I was in New York. The employees should definitely be trained more professionally to work for such a big, well-known, luxury brand.
