Coppel has a great variety of useful items for sale.
Nice, clean and logical display with sufficient space to wander around, including same amount of products for sale upstairs too.

Very well stocked and probably the most upmarket store in Playa Del Carmen, although definitely not the easiest to access as it is not easily accessible without a car.
Surprisingly busy with locals.
Lots of security. Great air-conditioning, lots of choice and unusual for Mexico, it seems most of the labels did actually accurately reflect the item on display and the current price...
Staff are mostly happy to help, just as long as you're in the department that they are paid to attend, otherwise they don't even try to assist and almost aggressively send you to a different checkout...
