Ordered a plain chicken burger, didn't get a plain chicken burger.
Had to throw away both the buns as they were unsalvageable. Spent 10 minutes scraping off mayonnaise from the chicken, and the chicken was subpar. If you have allergens, avoid this place. They clearly don't take it seriously.

Compared to KFC, this restaurant offers better food at lower prices. I'm a regular here, have come to the restaurant about 25 times so far, and the first few weeks of ordering were great. After that however, it became a nightmare, and I'd only buy from this restaurant as a last resort. They constantly upsell, for example if you ask for a chicken burger, they will say "ok, you wanted a chicken burger meal", or in many of my own cases, change your order to the more expensive meal options without asking. They have time and time again not respected a request for the burger to be plain, causing me to have to completely throw it away, wasting good food.
If they didn't change people's orders or not respect allergens/ED requests, I would rate this place 4/5. But the lack of care on their part really lets them down.
