This was my first time at this venue. I was there for the Adele Givens show. Her show was amazing and very funny. The place was clean however a bit cold inside as by the end of the show my nose running pretty good. We arrived pretty earlier and got seated in an area that made it hard for our party of six to see. We asked if we could move our seats to another location and we moved by a staff member. The reason for the 4 rating is that another staff member who was apparently having a bad night directed a rude statement at our party not realizing we moved with permission from a staff member. Her rudeness was unnecessary, but we continued to have a good time.

I loved the ambiance of the restaurant. My food was delicious. My food was not the same as pictured on the menu, but was tasty except the pasta. The hostee was pleasant and wore a great smile. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Miguelina wore a big smile and was very nice. However, Luz was super rude and showed an unnecessary attitude on her face when I asked her for additional sauers to share a dessert. She placed the two additional spoons on our table. When I tried to explain that I asked for two saucers , she only brought one and walked away, glaring at me. I was not rude nor unpleasant to her. If not for that unpleasant experience with Luz, I would have given you a five-star rating. Customer service is the most important thing whenever I dine. At first, the experience was good, and then it went downhill. I was bragging about the customer service at first. It's ashame that an unpleasant staff member ruined a great experience.
