@gelatomessina once again! Not the most authentic gelato but the flavours are quite nice and creative. Felt like getting some sorbet this time so I got chocolate sorbet and pandan & coconut sorbet. Both of which were absolutely delicious! Even though they're sorbets, they still had that smooth gelato texture. Very good!
We were in the Brunswick area a couple of weeks ago and decided to have yummy gelato from @gelateriabico. Love the flavours! So good 😊 😊.

Dinner at @ilbacaromelbourne from a couple of months back: Italian fine dining with really delicious food and lovely service! A bit on the pricey side (e.g. 34$ entrees) but the quality is pretty top notch.

- Ricotta & Pecorino Zucchini Flowers, cos, mascarpone, miso, pumpkin seed, egg yolk: like an explosion of flavour in your mouth!
- Calamari lightly battered and fried - entree size - split into 3 portions: this was some of the most tender calamari I've ever had! So good 😍😍😍😍.

- Spaghettini, Moreton Bay bugs, "olio visadi", garlic, chilli, rocket - also portioned into 3 separate plates! Such nice service 😊😊. Flavours were fantastic!
- Risotto, spanner crab, corn, lime: amazing!

- Suckling Pig, fennel, black pudding, yoghurt gelato: couldn't pass up suckling pig! Perfect crackling 🤩😋.
- Fish of the day - Swordfish fish fillet with jalapeno: not spicy. Super yummy!

Dessert:
Rhubarb, fermented honey crumble, apple sorbet, rose meringue, shiso: what an interesting mix of flavours! Love the combination of tart and sweet flavours.

Dinner at @sth_restaurant: they just started doing dinners this week, and we went to their opening night! The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was super friendly 🙂🙂. The ambiance is relaxed but trendy. Really great dining experience 😍😍.

Lemongrass Prawns - chargrilled Australian king prawns, marinated with lemongrass and chef flavours on a bed of pickled berry salad: this dish was soooooo good! The prawns were cooked to perfection. Amazing flavours 😍😍.

Salmon Tartare - Served with green goodness puree, fresh avocado, potato puree, pickled shallots, lemon split dressing, caramel croutons: refreshing dish, and those croutons were delicious!!

Kingfish Sashimi - Kingfish, passionfruit with fresh herbs: another refreshing dish with nice tangy flavours 😊😊.

Roasted Cauliflower - Oven roasted cauliflower, almond paste, spinach puree: can't go wrong with a nicely roasted cauliflower!

The Orange Duck - Confit duck leg served with potato pave and orange duck glaze: omg we absolutely loooooooved this dish! The duck was super super tender and juicy, and the flavours were incredible. The presentation was also really beautiful. Almost too pretty to eat 😅😅😍😍.

Pork Belly - Crispy skin pork belly, marinated with Asian flavours and fresh herbs served with apple pork glaze and a pickled berries salad: the crackling was 👌👌👌. Soooooo tender and soft 😍😍😍.

Holo Mushroom - Sautéed mixed mushroom, serve with almond paste, short crust pastry ring, spinach purée and drizzled with Basil Oil: the presentation looked great! Flavours were good, but I think overshadowed by the duck and the pork belly 😅😅.

Crispy Baby Potato - Salted crispy potato with mixed herbs: omg I loved these potatoes! They were just perfection 😋😋.

- Lemon, Lime and Bitters - White chocolate mousse, lemon & lime cream. bitter gel, honey & thyme meringue: this dessert tasted exactly like lemon lime bitters! It was sooooo good 😍😍😍😍. My favourite dessert of the night! Such a unique dessert 😋😋.
- Sun-Kissed - Mango & lime jelly, milk chocolate mousse, passion fruit cream, caramelized coconut. hazelnut dacquoise & crunchy coconut base: tasty mango flavour!
- Chocolate Lover - Chocolate mousse served with chocolate gelati and raspberry sauce: very rich and smooth mousse, and not too sweet. Delicious!

Quick takeaway porchetta panini from @marinomeatandfood: soooooo good!! The crackling was 👌👌 and the panini was super juicy and savoury 🤤🤤😍😍.
