This spot is incredibly popular (and world renowned) I had friends from overseas recommend I visit when I was in NYC.
First I notice it's VERY BUSY.
But the staff handle the crowds well, our food and drinks came out in a timely fashion and everything we had was delicious. A few small hiccups such as not receiving a spoon before stew came out. But nothing life shattering. And our server was overall very good at his job.

Easy parking, nice shops and good options for restaurants. I did six major errands I needed to run in this plaza. Very convenient
