Tucked just off the centre of Rundle St, this restaurant takes pride in the food it presents - great choices and great flavours in a cosy environment

The hustle and bustle of Rundle St (particularly in March madness) can detract from the dining experience, so I think this place being just off Frome is a big feature to highlight

The food itself is delicious, using familiar flavour combinations in a unique spin
We tried a bit of everything and left very satisfied

The thing that I appreciated most was that throughout every element you could see the pride that this place had - all the way from service to the food

I loved it; will definitely be back

Unfortunate shadow of what they once were
Dumplings are my comfort food and I loved coming to this place years ago. Unfortunately, standard has slipped a bit

While the food remains delicious, you can definitely tell it's rushed now and that speed is more of a priority. This is also reflected in their service and atmosphere - quick turnover and quick wipe

The food will always be good, but there's a lot more that makes a good dining experience and this place falls short (sadly)
I'd recommend it for takeaway (even then, maybe some other options may be better)

Amazing tasting food with stock standard service - great for lovers of dumplings and Asian food

I’m always torn with reviews for places like this. On one hand, the food is absolutely delicious - combining some of the best dumplings I’ve had with other great/intense flavours. But on the other hand, the service was impersonal and basic... but at the same time I didn’t come here expecting to be treated like it’s fine dining

So what do you do?
If you want great tasting food served at pace in an environment that facilitates chatter - this place is a must! Beautiful, beautiful food

But if you want high class service, maybe consider somewhere else

Either way, I’ll be back

A beautiful night out in an absolute quality restaurant - every element of it was the next best thing to perfect.
We went with good friends and tried most of their menu highlights alongside some of their cocktails.

Every element of the experience was perfect - the food was beautifully prepared and plentiful, and the drinks were just as good.
Friendly staff that were mindful of our experience and all of it topped off with a beautiful/friendly environment

Will definitely be back and would encourage others to go
