I Had a problem with my display and had to change it. I was informed that everything would work normally hence decided to change it. When i got the phone back the whole back panel was coming off and was not fixed properly. On asking why, they said that's how it is. Had a lot of problem as the back panel kept coming off. The phone worked for 2 months and the display started malfunctioning again. This time i went to a local store and he changed the display for half the price of what was quoted at the store and also put a new screen guard for free as well as fixed the back panel. Sorry to say but a bad experience with the Mi store.
