I asked to the man there, "un croissant et cappuccino svp"
And the answer i got was like this: "We are not a bakery that you can ask croissant haha ... " sth like this. Wow
As i know many cafes in Paris, they offer you croissant, and especially more, if you offer a variety range of pastries like them. So i can, of course, ask it. Don't you think so? And did i ask you sth ridiculous? Did i ask you sth like "i would like to have Mocchi or Doriyaki" ? You can just say, "We don't have croissant." Was it really necessary to say like that to the customer? I don't understand the way they talk and treat their customer. And they asked us to leave by "this time"(i don't remember exact time) cuz they only serve lunch from that time.
