Amy at SpaTerre is the kindest person. There was a slight issue when booking a massage for my Mom while she was on vacation there, Amy went above and beyond to fix this mistake and ensure that my Mom could get her massage at the originally scheduled time. Amy showed her so much respect and kindness, she was elated when she left the spa.
