Poor quality of material and bad customer service. Quality of their shirts went down with their new collection! The shirt I bought recently for my husband which he wore one faded before even washing it and the sales person blamed it on mishandling or exposing it to heat, which even if exposed to heat shouldn’t fade the color this way. It was on the couch and indoors before washing it. Anyways, he made it seem as if I’m lying and didn’t buy it from dubai mall branch and wouldn’t offer any solution. Not worth a penny.
