Not my Favourite store in Düsseldorf because it was very difficult to find what I needed on two occasions. I preferred the other two stores in the area which had more variety and were easier to get my shopping done.

We visited the spa for pedicures and it looked very clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we looked forward to a great treatment. We are used to having our feet soaked and then have the treatment started, but here we were asked to get onto the bed and sleep on our back while they started the treatment. They cut our nails and did all the treatment on the nails very good, but the exfoliating and massage was very disappointing. My nails came out great but the soles were still rough because they filed it without soaking the feet and the massage was just on the bottom of the feet. We are used to treatment being done differently I suppose.

Love this place. Would love to live here, but pity about the restaurants and bars in the area. Food sucks and Berties bar staff are very unfriendly and cold to visitors. Locals are treated a little better I hope. Will definitely not visit any of the restaurants or bars again and will recommend the Old Cape Cafe in the area for great fresh food and very friendly owners and staff who have make everyone feel welcome
