Poorly staffed and always a long wait. Not enough cashiers, and staff couldn't care less about people waiting. One of the worst Pep stores I've been to.
Nice store but poor service. Day before Christmas and you have one staff member working the till and 2 others standing behind tills not helping customers.
Christmas doesn't sneak up on you and I suggest when people come to your store to spend their money you at least make an attempt. Not the first time I've left the tills because of lack of cashiers but it's likely the last.
As nice as the store looks it's not service oriented so I'd suggest spending your hard earn money at a store that gives a hoot.
