Great experience and tasting menu. Refined dishes focused on seasonal products from Tuscanny so the perfect place to visit if you want something a little fancier than the local trattorias. Everything was great but my favorite was the risotto which showed off the best possible combination of cheese and tomato.
Also notable was the wine pairing which had generous pours of very serious wines. This was appreciated as wine pairings these days seem to be more of a profit center for restaurants with high pricing and average wines. That was not the case here at all.
