Great experience at PuLi Shanghai, very nicely decorated room with all the modern confort and entertainment systems.
Nice gym and pool, very good service. Staying here gives you more a boutique hotel vibe than most of the 5* bigger brands.

PROS:
Location is very central, walking distance from the ski lift, best restaurants and shops.
Hotel is very nicely decorated, rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and bath tub.
Staff and concierge were very professional and helpful.
The Spa is quite enjoyable, with steam bath, 2 saunas, 2 jacuzzis and a pool.
Good international breakfast overall, with both sweet and savory options.
We would definitely stay again...
CONS: Unfortunately the room TV is not connected, nor using ChromeCast or Apple Play available in order to link the TV with devices.
The difficulty to reach the reception from the room phone.
Hotel staff must be careful with kids playing in the pool and being constantly very noisy, which is ruining a little the experience...
