Strictly avoid. I left my son's headphones for repair a few months ago. I waited a few weeks for a simple jack repair, and then they broke again a week after that. I returned them for a supposed free fix, but after 2.5 months of no updates I demanded them back. This was a 20 minute job. The owner also did not take me seriously. Poor service.
